Again BreadTop comes up with a solid doughnut. Generous in side, and with an interesting shape (a circle with a twist at the bottom), the dough is light, the skin crispy (especially around the twist area) and the sugar sweet. On the bite this provides an excellent contrast. Again, as with the Black Seasame Twist I feel the dough is a fraction bready, and doesn't have the more buttery flavour and color, of my preferred Dunkin' Donuts.
