I came across a rare doughnut at a local bakery near the Puno Town Square. Undersized and a fraction too brown I feared the worst, but upon biting I was pleasantly surprised. It was a real chocolate topping, and a light but not fluffy dough. I coiuld taste the oil it was cooked in however. Not too bad but nothing to write home about.
