Cleverly made, I assume with clever cuts with a knife, it's jagged edges accentuate the wonderful contrast between the crispness of the glazed outer and the softness of the inner dough. The cinnamon adds a nice accent, however I feel that it is a fraction bland and could do with an apple filling, or a maple syrup glazed flavoring.
