Another effort from Donut King with their Iced Jam Ball Doughnut results in another well made, good quality doughnut, that is unfortunently let down by a fairly average, low quality, almost grainy strawberry jam filling.
The golden brown sugar coated outer is exactly the standard that you would expect from the aesthetically pleasing Donut King range. Crunching through the sugar coating you are met with a lovely soft, yet chewy centre, almost to the standard of the Mr Donut Iced Ring. However I feel that the jam really lets this doughnut down. Still I've given it quite a high mark!
