Ahh Boston, I love you... As the Standell's sang in their ode to the Red Sox. But there ain't no Dirty Water here. But Getting off the plane at Santiago I was overjoyed to see the friendly orange and purple of Dunkin Donuts. And Wow! Now I really know what we are missing in Australia. This is a wonderfully crafted doughnut.

Simple in appearance and made with quality ingredients this was an absolute pleasure. The dough was soft as marshmallow and complemented the chocolately icing and smooth-as-silk custard absolutely perfectly. The custard was beautifully smooth and deserves special mention (could be a deeper shade of yellow though). Absolutely wonderful. Each soft bite was a trip to doughnut heaven. The dough was as it should be - light and soft as a pillow and an excellent base for the subtlety of the custard and the perfectly thin layer of chocolate icing.

You're soooo lucky! I have wanted to try this place for so long ever since seineg them on Food Network TV! You have way to much willpower to have only tried one, I know I wouldn't have been able to resist!!
