Hmmm, here's an interesting one. The critter if we go by a strict definition is not quite a doughnut. In my opinion it's more of a danish, but what the hell, let's review it.

First of all it's got an roughly shaped nice crispy cinnamon outer that paves way for a harder inner dough that is not quite to my liking. I would prefer a softer inner to contrast the hardness of the surface. It does have an excellent smell and great cinnamon taste.

Recommended with a coffee.
