So this is what we're missing in Australia... This doughnut doesn't look that great but goodness me, does it taste good. Wow, you pick up the feather light dough - it just feels so delicate and light, almost like a marshmallow. To the bite it's superb, the tang of the lime sugar dusting complements the soft dough and creamy-smooth custard perfectly. It's melt in the mouth soft, but my concern is - can you have a green doughnut.
