Manjar is a South American dessert spread made from caramelising milk into a light brown spread. It's quite nice as a spread on pancakes or bread. Inside a sugar dusted (Azucarado) Dunkin Donuts doughnut it's good without being too remarkable. Again we are treated to the famous DD dough (which is as usual, excellent) and this complements the thick manjar and light sugar dusting perfectly. A very good choice with nice local touch!
