Yep this is another fine jam ball doughnut. Fluffy with a crisply fried outer (accentuated by a generous dusting of sugar) and an excellent strawberry jam filling I found this doughnut extremely hard to fault. Perhaps the dough could have been fractionally lighter and more buttery.

I was extremely pleased with this doughnut.
