Ok, so it ain't a exactly an example of wholesome organic food, but by gee it tastes good. Pink and plasticy in appearance, the Mr Donut Pink Iced Ring looks like an oversized lolly waiting to be snapped up.

And eagerly I did snap it up to. The hard icing on top giving way to the soft chewy dough that I hold so dear. I guess it's supposed to be of a strawberry flavour...it's pleasingly sweet (and fruity enough I guess).

But perhaps - and I don't make this comment lightly, the dough IS a fraction too heavy. I love the moist chewiness - but perhaps it is a fraction bready.

Overall though I was pretty happy.
