I think I am going to be slighly revisionist when it comes to my review of the American Van Doughnuts. They are indeed very similar to the doughnuts make in Footscray by the Olympic Doughnut shop. A lighter dough, more jam and a more consistent covering of sugar would increase marks for this particular doughnut.
