Perhaps they should rename this doughnut "The Bounty". It is based on the Walkers Original Glazed (proudly reviewed by Paris Hilton), and features a generous chocolate icing topped with coconut shavings.

It is a combination of flavours that has been combined well and in an understated way. Not sickly sweet at all (and perfect with coffee I would suggest), the above average dough is an excellent contrast to the perfect combination of chocolate icing and coconut shavings. My only suggestion is that a finer grade of shavings be used. Dessicated coconut (and a fresh batch) would improve this doughnut's standings by five points
