...But I found that this one comes up trumps! Looking gorgeously yellow with a crusting of crushed peanuts on one side this Walkers doughnut is quite impressive.
The passionfruit icing, in my experience is very difficult to pull off - it's not a flavour that I think lends itself well to icing, however in this case it has worked quite well. The crushed nut crusting also makes for an interesting texture.
The dough is quite soft and fluffy though perhaps could be lighter. All in all though another impressive performer from the Walkers range.
